for giving me the inspiration to fix the text like I originally wanted it. Reason why I didn't have it like this in the first place was because of the usual "grey" rules DA implements. Or maybe I was just being too paranoid. hehe Either way, I'm more pleased with this version.

Once again, Congrats, Congrats!

You should enter more contests from now on hehe. Again, this piece is very unique and it has a great feeling to it. The only online competitions I have participated in are the one's for fan made videos. I have only won a few times but I know the feeling of being against so many other talented people. Always give your best and something good is bound to happen hehe. Very nice work, keep it up!

hehe Thanks as always! Yup, this definitely gave me the confidence to try other contests too. If anything at all, to try to make some extra cash. lol Interesting thing too is the surge of exposure you get, if I ever get off my lazy ass and start creating all the things I have in my head, maybe I can get some real jobs.

I would like to agree with you, but it's hard when you are up against the likes of the winners. Man those were some great pieces! It's ironic, just when you think you made something good, someone comes along and blows it out of the water. lol Not to sound discouraging, just keep doing what you do and eventually you'll get recognized. I ramble to much, thanks again for the support, I'm just happy I got this far in my first contest.

Hey, I couldn't help but notice your recent journal entry. Congrats on becoming a semi-finalist in the movie poster contest! This really is a lovely mixture of media. The shadow seen beneath and bird and the rope really seems to catch my eye. The calm, warm colors you choose are great, also the textures fit well together. Keep up the great work~and good luck in the competition
